Refund and exchange transactions for purchases made through 4AKC are evaluated under the following conditions.
Products sent for return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, not altered, in a condition suitable for resale, and sent with their original tags. Return or exchange transactions are not accepted for products that do not meet the specified conditions.
The shipping fee for return and exchange processes is 300 TL. Shipping costs that may arise from user-initiated actions are borne by the customer.
There are no returns or exchanges for products in the Outlet category. Users are deemed to have accepted this condition when placing orders for Outlet products.
Refund and exchange services are not offered for international orders. Taxes, customs, and carrier processes that may arise from international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
